About Miljöfirman
Miljöfirman
(=environmental firm) is a modern company with a focus
on environmental problems with the ground and in
buildings.
The vision
is to offer clients the best solution to their
environmental problems and to work closely with the
clients and for the clients’ best interests.
Comprehensive solutions may offered the clients
together with the firm’s partners.
The company is owned and operated by Jesper M.
Karlström, M.Sc. Civil Engineering with graduation
2001. Jesper has worked with geotechnics and
contaminated ground for over 10 years. He has worked
as a consultant in geotechnical engineering and
environmental ground as well as soil remediation
contractor and project manager.
The projects range from small environmental controls
to extensive environmental studies with the
development of site specific guidelines values,
investigations with large comprehensive sampling and
presentation with GIS, grant funded environmental
investigation with a 3D modeling of the pollution,
project manager and environmental control on
remediations.
He has been involved in the Swedish Clean Soil Network
(Nätverket Renare Mark) since 2003, as a secretary at
an annual meeting, in a organizing group for a
conference and a member and chairman of the south
regional department from 2007 to 2011. He has been
chairman of the south regional Swedish Geotechnical
Society, since 2003. Since 2011 Jesper is also a
member of Swedish Geotechnical Society (SGF).
