Description of services:
Investigation
and risk assessment of contaminated sites
If the ground could be contaminated is an
environmental historical survey performed for the area
to determine which contaminants might be present and
the potential risk by them. Then is a ground
investigation performed in which samples of soil and
groundwater is taken for the analysis of potential
pollutants. The results summarizes in a report with a
risk assessments and recommendations.
Comparison
of remediation methods for contaminated sites
If the ground is contaminated and must be remediated
is a comparison performed of remediation methods for
contaminated ground. The methods are alternatives for
remediation to reduce risk associated with the
identified contamination. For the selection of
appropriate remediation method are existing
technology, costs and reduction of risks taken into
account.
Environmental
Due Diligence (EDD)
A term used in property transactions and is an
environmental audit and environmental inspection of
the property before a property transfer. This is
usually a very rapid investigation on a confidential
basis because some property acquisition may be
sensitive to publicity.
Environmental control for
remedation of contaminated land and buildings
Environmental control at remediation. Collecting
samples and analysis of soil, groundwater, buildning
materials etc. This is then presented in a
report.
Project management for
remedation of contaminated
land and buildnings
Performing all the design for a remediation and
contact with relevant authorities, landfill operators
and contractors for demolition, excavation and
transport, etc.
Contact with
environmental authorities
Contact and reporting to the relevant environmental
authority.
Inventory of
building materials
Before a building is demolished an inventory of
building materials is performed. This determine what
materials are in the building and possibly how these
materials have to be disposed separately when
demolished, such as in the presence of PCBs or
asbestos.
